Is this a hosted business-card service?
VCard Pro is a WordPress plugin. You install it on your own WordPress website; your domain and hosting are separate. Your profiles depend on that website remaining available.
What do I need to install it?
WordPress 6.0 or later and PHP 8.1 or later. Install the correct Free or Premium ZIP through Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin, activate it, then create your first card.
Can I change someone’s name after printing a QR code?
Editing a name preserves the existing card address. Keep your domain and profile URL prefix unchanged for printed codes. Deleting the card or changing those settings can break an old link.
Do visitors need an app?
Profiles open in a web browser. A visitor can download a VCF contact file and import it with a compatible contacts app. The phone’s import and confirmation screens vary by device.
Which themes are included in Free?
The new launch candidate includes Simple, Classic and Mint Minimal. Premium adds the other 27 designs. Existing theme identifiers remain unchanged, including classic-pro.
Are my cards hosted by Freemius?
No. Your cards run on your WordPress installation. Freemius provides checkout, commercial licensing and eligible software updates. It is separate from your profile hosting.
What happens when an annual licence expires?
Final licence and purchase terms will be available when checkout opens. This prelaunch page does not accept subscriptions or payments.
How do support and refunds work?
